Fees, in plain terms
What does a paid plan cover?
The subscription covers your use of the Eventrix organizer console — ticketing, QR check-in, event pages and analytics. It is billed per organizer account, not per event.
Are there fees on ticket sales?
Ticket revenue is collected through our payment partner and settled to your account after the platform fee and the payment gateway's own charges. The current platform fee and settlement timelines are set out in full in our Payment Policy.
What about refunds?
Attendee refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out when a booking can be cancelled and how the refund amount is calculated.
Do free events cost anything?
No. Events with no paid tickets carry no platform fee — the Starter plan covers them up to its monthly ticket allowance.
